捷配智造总部位于杭州，目前已在安徽广德、深圳宝安、江西广丰设立生产基地，其中 江西广丰生产基地为广丰政府2021年重点引进的“5020”项目，位于上饶高新区电子信息产业园， 总投资22亿元，占地130亩，总建筑面积12万平方米，达产达标后年产值可超过30亿。 项目致力于打造基于工业互联网的电子协同制造生态共同体（ECMS),成为全国工业互联网应 用实践的标杆。产品覆盖元器件制造、SMT、模具、注塑、精密金属加工、成品装联等电子制造 一体化服务。 捷配智造ECMS利用互联网、物联网、云技术对电子制造业全价值链进行深度的改造，实 现订单集中输入，数字化工程技术服务，和高度数字化车间，帮助工厂按客户需要进行生产。捷配采用自营工厂＋协同工厂的“1+N”创新模式，快速扩充电子制造业上下游优质产能，通过骐 骥自研的订单调度系统、智能排产系统、智能工程系统、ERP、MES等系统，赋能给上下游工厂， 帮助全产业链打破一个个信息孤岛，让全产业链实现互联互通，实现订单精准分配，数据实时共 享，形成全产业链的大协同，为全球电子品牌商提供高品质和准交期的供应链服务。 捷配智造在广丰打造一个大型工业互联网大数据指挥调度中心，中心将连接全球160个国 家和地区超过100万电子研发工程师，10万家上下游工厂的需求。通过中心数据分析员和调度员， 实时对订单进度进行跟踪分析，实时掌控ECMS每一条产线，每一个机台的运行情况，确保订单的 按质按时执行。捷配通过自营和协同的方式，将在广丰建立100条以上SMT产线，数百台注塑机、 CNC机加工设备、激光机床等设备，为电子品牌/ODM/OEM提供电子协同制造一体化服务。
